Upstairs at Hollick
Coonawarra might be great for grapes but from a scenic standpoint it’s a little on the flat side. This acclaimed winery restaurant solves the problem by going up, so diners gaze at row upon row of vines – or into the Hollick barrel store – while they taste the fruits of the region. The menu is worthy of the view, with dishes highlighting the Limestone Coast’s premium produce. Try their chargrilled pork loin or king prawn, scallop and squid pasta.
