Piccaninnie Ponds camping area
Campsite
This camping area with 6 sites is 3.5 km south of Nelson Rd, 27.8 km south-east of Mount Gambier; the sites are 600 m past the access road to the ponds. Pick up a permit from the self-registration station. You can’t swim in the ponds, but there’s swimming and fishing in Discovery Bay. The sites are gas/fuel stove only.
