This campsite is located in Piccaninnie Ponds Conservation Park

This park protects a long stretch of sandy beach backed by dunes and limestone ridges. The focus here is sinkholes filled with crystal-clear water plunging to depths of more than 70 m. These stunning limestone formations offer brilliant diving and snorkelling experiences, though you’ll need a permit. The park also offers scope for bush and beach walks, fishing and birdwatching. The park is 32 km south of Mt Gambier on Discovery Bay, near the Victorian border.
