Beard & Brau
Started by Chris Herring and Tanya Harlow in late 2008, Beard & Brau is currently operating from an industrial estate outside Adelaide. Using a 4-hectolitre US-made brewhouse, the beers are fermented in 800-litre uni-tanks. All the brews feature canine-influenced names and include Golden Paw, Red Tail, Bon Chiens (a farmhouse ale), Black Snout (stout), and Cheeky Hound (a golden lager available initially in kegs only).
