Caurnamont Riverside Reserve camping area
Just across the water from Purnong, Caurnamont is a small cluster of riverside shacks on the Morgan-to-Mannum stretch of the Murray River. The reserve is in the village, beside the ferry.

Opportunities to relax at a campsite beside the river are dotted along the Murray’s banks in a variety of public picnic spots and reserves. Many are simple with few or no facilities, and you need to come with wood, water and a gas/fuel stove. Most give direct access to the water for fishing, swimming and boating.
