Self-sufficient camping beside the Murray River is signposted off Paringa–Murtho Rd, 16 km north-east of Renmark. This is a very pleasant bush camping site tucked in among the river red gums on the river bank, with the red and yellow bluffs as backdrop. Birdlife is plentiful here and it is a great spot for fishing or boating. There is lots of shade, and access to a boat ramp.

This campsite is located in Murtho Forest Reserve

Visitors enjoy spectacular river views from this bush site on the southern banks of the Murray River, 20 km north-east of Renmark. There are also amazing views of the crumbling red cliffs from the tower lookout at the top of the bluff.
