Renmark Club

This striking modern building overlooking the river is home to the popular Renmark Club and its bistro and à la carte River’s Edge Restaurant. A fantastic range of regional produce is deployed through the latter’s menu, from a tart combing local pumpkin, almonds and gorgonzola, to a mallee-box smoked kassler, and lamb cutlets partnered with wilted saltbush leaves and local vino cotta syrup. Even the desserts get the bush food treatment, with the likes of wattle-seed pavlova and quandong crumble.
