Tipper’s Edithburgh

This onetime blacksmith’s shop has been hammered into fine shape, and true to its origins, local stone and original timbers were used in the rebuild. The freshly rendered interiors have been tweaked with snazzy colours and rustic details, and feature an eclectic mix of old and contemporary furniture. The result is two self-contained guest suites, each with its own bedroom, lounge and slick new bathroom. Outside, there’s a brick-paved courtyard with outdoor fireplace. While this lair is a great place to relax and unwind, guests with more active inclinations also have the use of Tipper’s bicycles, golf gear and snorkel sets.
