Grandma’s House

Surrounded by 150-year-old elms, box hedges and topiary, and reached along a driveway lined with white roses, you’d expect this lovely cottage to be a heritage building but, although its neighbours are Georgian mansions, Grandma’s House, a self-contained cottage, is a more recent addition to the streetscape. It has four bedrooms upstairs and a light spacious lounge downstairs with an open wood fire, perfect for a warm cosy night in. Throw together a couple of salads in the sparkling clean kitchen and enjoy a barbecue on the patio if the weather is kind.
