Lake Parangana camping area (bush camping)
Campsite
Peaceful scenic camping sites are dispersed in the bush along the western shore of this long skinny lake. It’s a lovely spot to fish, swim, and boat or just relax. From Mole Creek take the Liena Rd to the winding Mersey Forest Rd C171, or from Gowrie Park take the C138. Turn left just south of the dam wall and drive through the picnic area to reach the bush camping area. You’ll need your own firewood and drinking water or you can boil water from the lake.
