This funky little cafe has launched the burger into the 21st century. The wacky names are as creative as the stack of ingredients they offer. Take your taste buds back a decade or two with the ‘Oi Oi Oi’, a teetering stack of Tasmanian beef, bacon, free-range egg, fried onion, beetroot, tomato, lettuce, homemade relish and herb mayonnaise. Or go where you’ve never gone before with their ‘Dirty Rotten Hippie’ vegetarian variation, with a sweet potato and cumin patty, Swiss-brown mushrooms, rocket, seeded mustard, mayonnaise and house-made barbecue sauce. Their patties are all made in-house and there are steak sandwiches, desserts and, of course, hot chips. There's drive-through or they’ll deliver too if needed.
