Pipers Brook Winery Cafe
Taking a tour through Pipers Brook’s renowned vineyard followed by a visit to their Winery Cafe is a delicious way to get to know this pioneering winery. The location is absolutely gorgeous, the architecture is acclaimed and, as you’d expect, the food is equally impressive. For a snack or starter try the ocean trout and gruyère fondue with French dipping toast. Their popular Vineyard Platter includes Tasmanian ocean trout, game terrine, chargrilled marinated vegetables, King Island cheeses and French bread. Another favourite is the hearty beef, rosemary, pepperberry and cabernet pie. Of course, a glass or two of their fabulous Pipers Brook or Ninth Island cool-climate wines is compulsory.
