Peggs Beach camping area
Campsite
A very popular campground for locals, it’s only a small site so you’ll be lucky to find a spot here in the summer holiday season. Although it is close to the highway, it is right next to a gorgeous wide beach with boat launching places nearby. There are sheltered sites among the coastal vegetation and a separate, more open area, but few facilities. Turn off the Bass Hwy, 11 km east of the Stanley turn-off, or 14 km west of the Rocky Cape turn-off.
