Neptune Grand Bistro
This friendly pub serves a good range of meals, with a strong focus on fresh Tasmanian seafood. Its beachside location is a perfect match for those fish dishes but the Neptune Grand Bistro has another specialty – ‘Parmi O’Clock’. Running from Monday to Wednesday, a main course chicken parmigiana topped with ham and melted cheese comes at a budget price, increasing in cost as the clock ticks. It all adds up to good old Aussie pub fare at 1970s prices. Eat on the deck outside the Art Deco building and enjoy the view out to Bass Strait.
