Geeveston used to be known as Lightwood Bottom until the Geeves family established themselves here and built this grand Edwardian house in 1870. Today their home is heritage-listed; offering period-style B&B accommodation in a fully restored two-storey house surrounded by lawns and rose gardens. There are two queen ensuite rooms and five upstairs suites sleeping up to four with shared bathroom facilities. Downstairs there are elegant lounge areas and a beautiful dining room where full cooked breakfasts are served. The verandah is a perfect spot to linger over a drink or your evening meal, or just to contemplate the long history of this place.
