Near Hamilton, about an hour’s drive west of Hobart, this eco-accredited 300-hectare property gives visitors a taste of sustainable farming practices.Give a couple of day’s notice and you can tour the farm, or have a one-hour tour seeing Landcare and tree-planting efforts, native plants and animals. The property has one of the longest-running farmstay cottages in the state, located on the Lyell Highway.
