This campsite is located in Southwest National Park

Tasmania’s largest national park is 600 000 ha of rugged, unspoilt coastline, mountain wilderness and trout-stocked lakes. Accessible by car via the Gordon River Rd in the north and Cockle Creek Rd in the south, there are also dozens of walks, from 10 min nature trails to the epic 85 km South Coast track. Fireplaces are provided in roadside picnic/camping areas along the Gordon River Rd, but not at other places in the park. Bushwalkers should bring a gas/fuel stove.
