Tasmania is replete with great seafood eateries and this is one of the best. Owner Torsten Schwoch is a rock lobster and giant crab fisher, so he knows his seafood and his little cafe and takeaway has earned itself an unbeatable reputation. It’s the place to come to pick up succulent golden battered fish and perfectly cooked crays to take away, or to grab a table and enjoy some of that fine seafood on the spot. If you’re feeling indulgent, ask them to split half a dozen oysters for your entrée. For those tragic souls who prefer something other than seafood, they do a great pizza too. Cash only.
