Tamboon Inlet camping areas (boat-based camping)
Campsite
There are a number of designated bush camping sites scattered around the shoreline of Tamboon Inlet. These can only be reached by boat, and, needless to say, only entirely self-sufficient campers should head out to them. Note that the islands of the inlet are used as nesting sites by various birds, and you shouldn’t land on them Oct–Feb.
