Suggan Buggan camping area (bush camping)

For those wanting to get off the beaten track, bush camping can be found at various points off the Snowy River Rd between the old Suggan Buggan township and the NSW border. These sites are accessed along various tracks, many of which lead directly to the Snowy River – some have better facilities than others. Suggan Buggan is about 70 km north of Buchan.
Take your time on the narrow twisting road and allow a bit of extra time to check out a few of the campsites, as some give good access to the river, while others do not.
