Rush Dam picnic and camping area

Campsite

Like its neighbour Mulga Dam, Rush Dam is up near the northern boundary of the park. Closer to Bendigo, near the Shadbolt picnic area, you can check out some gold-mining history at Old Tom Mine; if you’d like to do some recreational fossicking here, you’ll need a Miners Right permit. The campground is west of Mulga Dam down Camp Rd. Note: bring your own drinking water and firewood.
