This camping area, located on Camerons Track some 20 km from Avoca, is suitable for camper trailers, but the Waterfalls camping area is a better option for caravans. Camerons Track is the midpoint of the Pyrenees Endurance Walk, a testing 18 km hike across the forest from east to west – only those with a high level of fitness should tackle this trail. A few kilometres to the north-east, Governor Rock Lookout has fine views.
