Bush-camping sites are scattered throughout Guttrum State Forest, where campers while away the hours, and the days, by swimming, canoeing and fishing in the waters of the Murray River. From Koondrook, follow Cassidys La and then turn onto River Track; alternatively, try Millers Rd, which branches to the north off the Koondrook–Murrabit Rd.

This campsite is located in Guttrum State Forest

Like the neighbouring Benwell State Forest, and the Campbell Island State Forest directly across the Murray River, the Guttrum forest is devoted to the river red gums that loom over the local wetlands. Guttrum lies to the north of the twin towns of Koondrook and Barham.
