Dargile camping and picnic area
Campsite
The Dargile camping area is accessed from the Heathcote–North Costerfield Rd. On the way there, head up Mt Ida or to the Viewing Rock Lookout in the McIvor Range for some great views; from the latter you can hike down to the Heathcote Powder Magazine, where explosives were kept during the gold rush. The remains of the Graytown POW Camp are in the eastern section of the park, accessed off the Heathcote–Nagambie Rd.
