Bush camping areas
You can set up camp in various bushy places in the state forest, some of which are accessible by 2WD and others which can only be reached with a 4WD. There are a number of such sites along Dunstans Logging Rd, a few of them located near logging huts. Contact the ranger for information on the best places and how to access them.

This campsite is located in Corryong District Forest
This forest contains enough nature to keep visitors satisfied, but it has some wild neighbours as well: to the west is the wriggly shoreline of Lake Dartmouth, and to the east is Mt Kosciuszko and its surrounding national park. Corryong District Forest is a prime 4WD area. It’s 65 km south of the town of Corryong and is accessed by following the Benambra–Corryong Rd and turning onto Wheeler Creek Logging Rd.
