Suitable for camper trailers but not caravans, Wrens Flat is 44 km to the east of Jamieson down Mt Sunday Rd, which branches off the Jamieson–Licola Rd. There’s a picnic shelter here, and decent fishing in the adjacent Jamieson River. Up Mitchells Rd to the north is Mitchells Flat, which is one end of the 24 km Mitchells Bridle Trail that leads hikers past an old mining site.
