The seasonally changing menu features quality local produce from the celebrated Milawa gourmet region. A typical entrée might be King Valley free-range pork sausage with Milawa Capricornia goat’s cheese, red apple salad, Milawa honey mustard and pomegranate orange dressing. Main course might be Milawa free-range chicken on spiced polenta with wilted baby spinach and pomegranate yoghurt, or Meadow Creek beef fillet on potato rösti with sautéed green beans, crème fraîche and beetroot and horseradish dressing.
