If you’re wandering down the wonderfully scenic Omeo Hwy, consider detouring onto Holloways Log Rd, 12 km south of Mitta Mitta, and stopping for the night at the Snowy Creek camping area. Cool yourself in an authentic mountain stream, or go fishing for blackfish, trout and spiny crayfish. Note: caravans can only make it through to the creek in dry weather.
