Carters Road camping area
Campsite
About 13 km east of Merrijig, turn off the Mansfield–Mount Buller Road onto Carters Road and drive a further 500 m to reach a pretty little camping spot on the Delatite River. Take a stroll along the short Plain Creek Walking Track, which traces the route of an old logging tramway, or go four-wheel driving on nearby trails. Horseriders also wander around the area on their steeds.
