Victoria Falls Historic Area camping area (bush camping)
Campsite
This basic camping area is surrounded by snow gum and mountain gum woodlands, and has two rivers for company – the Victoria and the Cobungra – that provide plenty of decent fishing nearby. Camping close to a defunct hydro-electric plant may not sound like the most compelling reason to stay somewhere, but the Victoria Falls plant is nonetheless an interesting part of the state’s early 20th-century history.
