Four Mile Beach has more facilities than any of the other campsites around Lake Hindmarsh, including powered sites and a kiosk selling basic foodstuffs; the trade-off is that this is the only place in the reserve where camping fees are charged. It’s situated on the southern edge of the lake, about 5 km from Jeparit.

This campsite is located in Lake Hindmarsh Lake Reserve

Lake Hindmarsh is the biggest freshwater lake in Victoria. Fed by the Wimmera River, it in turn nourishes a huge population of birds, including sea eagles and pelicans, as well as a large number of anglers, swimmers and waterskiers. The lake is 22 km north of Dimboola, just west of Jeparit on the Nhill–Jeparit Rd.
