The Vinifera Reserve is shared by forests of black box and river red gum, and is a pleasant place for a lazy picnic. The camping area is located about 20 km north of Swan Hill, south of Nyah near the town of Vinifera – the name comes from the grapevines that were planted here. Look for the sign off the Murray Valley Hwy.

This campsite is located in Murray River – Robinvale to Swan Hill

Lying alongside the Murray River between the quaint town of Robinvale and the pioneering spirit of Swan Hill are a number of small reserves in which bush camping is permitted. Swimming off the Murray’s sandy beaches is just the ticket on a hot day. Note: seasonal flooding can close some tracks, so check the road conditions before you pay a visit. Access roads are signposted off the Murray Valley Hwy. Bring your own firewood as there is a limited supply.
