Arctic Fox Brewing

Arctic Fox Brewing was started by a pair of enthusiastic home-brewers who designed their own 9-hectolitre microbrewery and went commercial in December 2008. Fabian Apps and Brad Bannigan operate out of a warehouse in Dandenong where they produce a range of four beers – Ice Cap Lager, English Pale Ale, American Pale Ale and Chocolate Stouts. Arctic Fox beers are distributed within the greater Melbourne area.
