This is the easternmost of the 3 beach reserves at Balnarring – you can get to it from Feathers Rd. It’s just over some dunes from yet another idyllic beach in this area, where swimmers and members of the local yacht club congregate. If you’re after some solitude, wander further up the beach in the direction of Somers.

This campsite is located in Balnarring Beach Camping Reserves

There are 3 separate camping reserves at Balnarring Beach, which is on the eastern side of the Mornington Peninsula between Hastings and Flinders, some 80 km south of Melbourne. This ocean beach is at the entrance to Western Port, and a variety of watersports can be enjoyed here. From Balnarring, take the Balnarring Beach Rd down to the seashore. Note: these reserves are closed between mid-June and the end of Aug.
