Chaffe Creek camping area (lower section)
Campsite
Out of all the overnight options in the lower section of Big River State Forest, the large flat areas at Chaffe Creek, which lie off Big River Rd south of the Old Coach Rd site, are arguably the most suitable for large groups of tent and caravan/trailer campers. South of here, beyond Railway Creek, are the camping areas of the upper Big River.
