This campsite is located in Boola Boola State Forest

Boola Boola State Forest is a wild arboretum to the south-east of Rawson, just below the southern edge of spectacular Baw Baw National Park. It’s a one-time mining area and remnants of this activity can be glimpsed at various places, though most people come here to indulge in some isolated four-wheel driving, fishing and bushwalking. South of Rawson on the Walhalla–Tyers Rd, turn east on Walhalla Rd.
