This camping area (actually 2 camping areas) is sheltered within the diverse Boola Boola forest. It’s accessed by conventional vehicles along Coopers Creek Track, which you’ll find signposted off the Erica–Walhalla Rd. The facilities include toilets and fireplaces. Consider paying a visit to the bucolic Boola Boola Winery, where you can slurp some locally produced fruit wines and liqueurs.

This campsite is located in Boola Boola State Forest

Boola Boola State Forest is a wild arboretum to the south-east of Rawson, just below the southern edge of spectacular Baw Baw National Park. It’s a one-time mining area and remnants of this activity can be glimpsed at various places, though most people come here to indulge in some isolated four-wheel driving, fishing and bushwalking. South of Rawson on the Walhalla–Tyers Rd, turn east on Walhalla Rd.
