Although a conventional vehicle can roll its way down to Merringtons, a 4WD is highly recommended. And if you’re going to tow, make it an off-road camper trailer. This camping area is south of Cast Iron Pot Lookout, reached by following Merringtons Track as it veers off Walhalla Rd.
