North Gardens camping ground
Campsite
North Gardens is located in the history-ridden centre of Walhalla township on Stringer Creek. This campground was once the end of a tramway used to bring timber fuel to the mines. It has limited space for vans and camper trailers, so if you’re towing, get here early during peak holiday periods. A signposted walking track leading from North Gardens provides some good views of the town.
