Aire River West camping area
Campsite
This camping area on the western side of the Aire River, near the mouth of the watercourse, is big, flat and open, making it ideal for large groups. You can reach it by travelling 5.3 km down Sand Rd (seasonal access); the turn-off for Sand Rd is signposted off the Great Ocean Rd at Glenaire. Alternatively, drive to the smaller Aire River East campground (see that entry for directions) and continue for another 700 m.
