Lake Purrumbete is a prime destination for anglers chasing chinook salmon and rainbow and brown trout, as attested to by the heavy-duty boat ramps and jetties at the caravan park. The park is on the foreshore at the lake’s southern end. To reach it, turn off the Princes Hwy 10 km east of Camperdown to access the Purrumbete Estate Rd.
