Fitzgerald Inlet camping area
On Fitzgerald River Track, 20 km east of Pabelup Rd and 80 km north-east of Bremer Bay, this large, open clearing is around 2 km from the beach on the west side of Fitzgerald River National Park. It has basic facilities with some shade available and offers visitors swimming, fishing and bushwalking activities. Bring drinking water and a gas/fuel stove. There may be seasonal closures; check with rangers.

Lying between Bremer Bay and Hopetoun on WA’s south coast, Fitzgerald River National Park is renowned as one of the most diverse botanical regions in the world, and in turn supports a number of threatened animals. This vast, flora-rich area is one of only 2 national parks in WA to be gazetted by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. The spectacular coastline of sweeping beaches and rocky headlands provides an unbeatable location for fishing, bushwalking and whale-watching from Aug to Nov.
