Eucla Pass Caravan Park

These welcome caravan park facilities are on the Eyre Hwy at Eucla, 66 km east of Mundrabilla Roadhouse and 12 km west of the WA–SA border. Eucla was home to the busiest telegraph station in Australia outside of the capital cities. Today, visitors can explore the ruins of this historic site, which are slowly being covered by shifting sand dunes. The remains of a jetty are a reminder of pioneering days when supplies were transported by boat. Spend some time at the Eucla Museum or, for something a little different, pay a visit to the Bureau of Meteorology.
