On the Great Central Rd and surrounded by a typical central Australian desert landscape, Warburton Roadhouse caravan park is 255 km north-east of Tjukayirla Roadhouse and 231 km south-east of Warakurna Roadhouse. There are green sites under shady trees within the roadhouse complex, where visitors can enjoy a desert camping experience as well as the basic facilities of an outback caravan park. Other accommodation is available and you need to bring firewood.

This campsite is located in Great Central Road

Running east from Laverton to Yulara in the NT, the Great Central Road is a classic red centre route surrounded by the spinifex and red sand of the central Australian desert. A 4WD is recommended, and transit permits are required to travel through the Aboriginal land along its route.
