Housed in a lovely Cape Dutch colonial home, the Woodchester B&B is a hidden treasure in the country town of Katanning, known for its farming community. Built in 1927 and designed by a Dutch architect, each of the home’s lovely rooms has its own ensuite. Woodchester’s extensive collection of antiques, glassware and artworks make an interesting display, while the long verandahs opening onto lawns are inviting during the warmer months. The township is a short walk away, where you’ll find restaurants, art galleries and the monthly farmer’s market.
