Cape Riche camping area
Campsite
Cape Riche is 118 km north-east of Albany via the South Coast Hwy and Sandalwood Rd, at Wellstead. A large camping area close to the beach, the campsites are scattered through shady coastal scrub. Fishing, swimming or simply relaxing on the pristine beach are popular activities here, along with boating from the 4WD ramp. Bring firewood and drinking water. Generators are permitted between scheduled hours.
