Guilderton Caravan Park
Campsite
This little coastal town at the mouth of the Moore River, about 100 km north of Perth, stands guard over the wreck of the Dutch ship Gilt Dragon, which foundered on an off-shore reef in 1656. On Dewar St, the caravan park has large grassed shady sites on the foreshore. It is well sited to take advantage of activities such as windsurfing, as Guilderton is noted for having some of the best windsurfing in the world. Anglers and canoeists will also enjoy their time here, and the area is noted for its safe swimming.
