Located in the lovely Avon Valley, just 11 kilometres from York, the Tipperary Church was built in 1892 purely to serve Tipperary Farm, one of Western Australia’s earliest farms. Today the church has been converted into a quirky B&B. This adult retreat is well appointed and features two bedrooms, both with ensuites and including a claw-foot bath in The Map Room, the upstairs master suite. The second bedroom, The Garden Room, opens onto the landscaped gardens and countryside. The grounds include a function room available for hire and the gardens are ideal for weddings.
