Mornington Wilderness Camp

Six hours from Fitzroy Crossing, the Mornington Wilderness Camp is an ideal base to explore the Mornington Sanctuary and its spectacular gorges, Fitzroy River and King Leopold Ranges. The spacious safari tents include ensuites and balconies overlooking Annie Creek, although you’re welcome to bring your own tent and camp by the creekside. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and meal packages are available. Nature lovers will appreciate the diverse range of wildlife, and a variety of self-guided and organised tours can be arranged. All proceeds from your visit support the non-profit Australian Wildlife Conservancy, and the sanctuary is open between May and October.
