Punamii-unpuu (Mitchell Falls) camping area

Campsite

Situated in a very isolated region, this camping area provides campers with basic facilities among shady trees on the banks of Mertens Creek. Bring a gas/fuel stove preferably, along with drinking water. A 3.3 km walk leaves the camping area to Mitchell Falls, where it is possible to swim in the upper falls. The camping area is 88 km west of Kalumburu Rd via the Mitchell Plateau access road, 101.8 km north of the Drysdale River Station access road.
