The Rottnest Island Authority Holiday Units include a variety of cottages, villas, units, bungalows and cabins. Available by ballot system, the holiday units are usually booked well in advance, but there is usually some availability during the off-season. Recently renovated, the holiday units are situated in Thomson Bay, Kingstown, Geordie Bay, Longreach Bay and Fays Bay, and many have views.
